To avoid any processing delays, the deadline to sign the loan application is within 24-48 hours.

Must be enrolled or accepted for admission to R. A. Thomas Educational Center.
Must not have a hold on student record for any reason or have a past due balance.
Must be fully to complete the program and motivated to get a real estate license.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. This is also a requirement a real estate license.
