Fast Track Program
The Fast-Track program is designed to accelerate a student's education, which is no different from regular semester length courses. The Fast Track program offers courses in one, two and four week terms during the full-length semester.
Fast track and flexible classes are more intensive and students attend class more hours each week to complete a course. The program allow students with convenient options to take the course in any platform (classroom, hybrid or livestream).
Fast Track Program Availability:
PRE-LICENSE COURSE
A sales associate AKA a real estate agent requires completing a approved 63-hour pre-license course including a final exam.
POST-LICENSE COURSE
A sales associate must complete a 45-hour post-license course prior to the expiration date of their license period.
CONTINUING EDUCATION
All active or inactive broker or associates are required to complete 14 hours of Commission-approved continuing education every two years.
Course Tuition Includes:
2-YEAR ACCESS
Students will have 2-years to attend and complete a course after tuition is paid.
COURSE MATERIALS
Students will receive course materials, practice questions and additional study material.
LIVESTREAM CRAM
The cram course is a review of course materials which includes a session on math questions.
FINAL EXAM
Course is designed to include final exam with questions to help students prepare for state exam.
