Grants and Scholarships
The grants and scholarship program is a competitive award granted to qualified students at R. A. Thomas Educational Center on the basis of financial need. Through this program, recipients may be able to pay for partial or their full tuition.
Grants and Scholarships are available to students to use for any program. Unlike student loans, scholarships do not have to be repaid. Learn more about this opportunity for new, continuing, returning and transfer students below.
Scholarship Information
AWARD
Students may be awarded a total of $2,000 toward their program of choice.
NO GUARANTEE
Students who meet the above requirements are not guaranteed a scholarship.
PROCESS
It typically takes between 1-2 weeks to receive a decision or status of application.
DEADLINE
The deadline to submit scholarship applications is from 2022-2023. There are no exceptions.
Required Documents
Supplemental Questions:
1. One letter of recommendation from an instructor, professor or supervisor.
2. Upload a current resume that provide educational and background information.
3. Provide a Statement of purpose addressing the following question: Explain your goals, your reason for pursing a real estate license and how will you excel in this field.
4. R. A. Thomas Educational Center acceptance letter.
5. Current official or unofficial high school or college transcripts.

Eligibility Criteria
Must be enrolled or accepted for admission to R. A. Thomas Educational Center.
Must not have a hold on student record for any reason or have a past due balance.
Must be fully to complete the program and motivated to get a real estate license.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. This is also a requirement a real estate license.
Scholarship Application
Complete the application to apply for a scholarship. The application for a scholarship can take up to 20 minutes. Review your application to ensure you have all required sections to ensure fast processing.
